After both parties agree to proceed with divorce mediation, we will establish ground rules to ensure a productive and respectful session environment. These rules may include guidelines for communication, confidentiality, and the use of respectful language.

Once mediation has begun, both parties will have the opportunity to identify the issues that need to be resolved to reach a peaceful resolution. You do not have to agree. That is where a mediator will assist in coming to a fair resolution. This includes asset division, child custody, spousal support, and more.
